Treasuring...

Dear Friends,

Greetings, my friends! Thanks for spending a couple of newsletter minutes with me! A little devo, a little chuckle, a little news, a ministry suggestion or two—I really do treasure our e-connection. And our heart connection!

A Little Heart to Heart

Love is in the air. And chocolate. I love the fact that we get to eat guilt-free chocolate around Valentine’s Day—though I have no idea why that really is. If it’s chocolate and heart-shaped, it’s fair game.

We have a pup here at the Rhea house, though, who really doesn’t get it. We can’t give LuLu chocolate, but I guess we’ve accidentally dropped a chocolate chip or two and now anytime she sees it, she does a nose-dive right in. She eats anything and everything that even remotely resembles chocolate. Outside after a rain? It’s not a mud puddle to her, it’s a chocolate puddle. Get a load of the LuLu-dog after a romp through the “chocolate.”

Love Notes:

Phyllis McGuire celebrated with LOVE NOTES this way:

“I filled empty gelatin capsules with rolled up pink strips of paper. Each had ‘one reason I love you’ typed on it. I put them in a nice jar with a heart sticker on it. Whenever my husband feels the need, he can open up a ‘love’ pill!”

Big thank yous to those of you who prayed as Richie and Rhonda were teaching at “The Marriage Prayer Get-Away” on February 6-7. What a glorious time! The Lord answered in some rich and lasting ways!
